Mathias is 2 months old!

Our sweet boy is 2 months old!  He actually turned 2 months old on December 31, but we had his doctor's appointment yesterday and I was waiting for his stats before posting anything.  He's still a "tall and skinny" boy, at 23.5" (85th percentile) and 11lbs, 12 oz (40th percentile).

The last month with him, we've seen quite a change.  His medicine for his reflux has made a HUGE difference...we went from having a constantly fussy baby to having a baby who only fusses some of the time, which is a huge improvement!  ;)  When he's awake and not fussy, he is absolutely the most adorable little thing - he tracks us with his eyes, gives us huge grins and giggles, and talks/gurgles/coos with happiness and excitement.  He loves interaction and really loves to "talk" to us if we are talking to him.  He's getting stronger and can hold his head up very well, both when he's sitting with us and during tummy time.

As far as sleep goes, we are still working on that.  He will sleep in his swing during the day (sometimes, mostly for an hour at a time) and sleeps in bed with us (in our arms) at night.  He still wakes up every 2-4 hours at night and usually has a wide awake time period once every night (most often at about 3 am!), but we've started trying to keep his naps shorter in the evenings so that he sleeps more at night, and that seems to be helping his nighttime sleep some.
