Miriam's field trip

Miriam went on her first field trip yesterday, and Mario got to go on his first field trip as a parent.  They went to a berry farm/orchard, where they got to pick pumpkins, potatoes and apples.  They also got to feed chickens and goats, which Miriam surprisingly liked doing!  Mario reports that she was a bit shyer than normal because there were so many kids she didn't know (her class combined with another class for the field trip) and so many parents, but that she had a good time and enjoyed herself.  She even got to go on a tractor/hay ride with the other kids, although it looks from the pictures that she was a bit squished.
