Miriam's Halloween costume(s) and more!

My sister Katie left this past week, and we had a wonderful time with her visiting.  She is headed to London this week for an internship.  We'll miss her, but we are looking forward to seeing her at Christmas!

While she was here, Miriam stayed home with Katie a couple of days.  They both reported that they had a lot of fun, although I know Katie isn't used to getting up that early on her days off!  :) 

Miriam isn't going trick or treating this year, but she has 3 different Halloween costumes.  Two of them she wore yesterday, and one she tried one while Katie was here. 

We are just a couple weeks away from Mario's final CPA exam and things have been busy.  Miriam is as happy as ever, and has added growling to the repertoire of sounds she shares with us.  She's still just got two teeth, but we suspect her top teeth may be breaking through in the next couple weeks.  She loves to stand, still loves solid foods and even wants to feed herself.  (We give her a spoon to hold while we feed her with a different spoon.  It actually works out really well, as long as we time our bites perfectly between when she is chomping on her own spoon. ;) )
